Since the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, the stable supply of safe logs below the index value (50bq/ kg) at low cost is an essential requirement for maintaining and sustaining the log shiitake mushrooms as an industry, and we are working on it as a top priority......
Currently we are arranging log from 80 companies within 20 prefectures nationwide. In addition, since 2019 we have started our log production.
