  • Bunashimeji

    Bunashimeji fruits in Autumn. You cannot do wood-log cultivation. Bunashimeji which you see in the supermarkets is cultivated by mycelial block. Growing temp. range 11-15oC

  • Pleurotus cornucopiae

    Pleurotus cornucopiae become 4-12 cm size and their caps are bright lemon yellow. They are used for potage, fried dish and so on. Growing temp. range 18-24o C.

  • Pleurotus oyster

    Oyster mushroom fruits through to the year. It can be cultivate and find around the world. Growing temp. range on 5-18oC.

  • King Oyster

    King oyster is not indigenous in Japan. It has been cultivated in bottle and bag culture, since 1990s and became a popular mushroom in Japan.

  • Brown enokitake

  • Pholiota adiposa (Numemrisugitake)
