The shiitake cultivation seminar "Beginners" for beginners is held regularly at the head office, at present we doing it for who are living in Japan. You can learn the basic theory and practice of cultivation from the management of log shiitake cultivation in an easy-to-understand.

State of the seminar

Seminar and event on cultivation techniques and new varieties of spawn are introduced to the mushroom cultivators once a year in the each region of Japan. The content of the course is from the latest information to the introduction of innovative cultivation methods of selected varieties so that cultivator can enjoy it. In addition, it is a place where growers can interact with each other and they can exchange their important information of cultivation and sales. Furthermore, cultivators got opportunity to actually observe the various varieties, so that they can select our mushroom spawn with enough satisfaction. Introduction of new varieties

We hold regular spawn variety tours for the growers at the head office. Every time, a large number of growers from all over the country participate, and they can observe the outbreak exhibition of many varieties such as new varieties and developed varieties as well as sales varieties of spawn.
In addition, every year lecture/workshops are held by different themes, and they are very popular in each time.
